CranioSacral therapy is a natural way to let the body heal itself from chronic pain and emotional stress. Using two pairs of hands, the body can work faster and deeper, moving through layers of resistance to the core of the problem.
The treatments are undertaken on a couch fully clothed and each session lasts an hour.
We would also like to offer these treatments at £55 each.
Catherine and I are both Certified and practising Upledger CranioSacal Therapist and Catherine is also a chiropractor with a practice in London.
